Poor Quality I love the appearance of my glasses, but the quality has significantly decreased over the past few years. My new glasses are about 6 months old, and I have had to tighten the screws on them at least 1-2 times per week. They get so loose that the frame is about to fall off. I have worn glasses for at least 18 years and never had this problem before. I never once had to tighten my glasses I purchased from Cyxus in 2020. Very disappointing

Wrong glasses. Originals were lost in shipping. The glasses I originally ordered never showed up. Customer service responded quickly when I asked about it, and they sent a replacement pair. But the replacement pair wasn’t even the pair I ordered and I need them too much to return them. If you’re buying Cyxus, buy them from a retailer, not directly from the site.

I loved the pair I got on amazon years… I loved the pair I got on amazon years ago but could not find the same frames there so ordered direct. Was disappointed because I paid for anti reflective blue light blocking and while the blue light blocking was good the Anti reflection was not. Support just said all their lenses are anti reflective, which if that was the case why charge for it separately and the only compensation offered was 50% off the next purchase. Love the style , dislike the support.
