GBService without Support Ordered glasses and was contacted to confirm the order. When I responded to say that I wanted to cancel and confirm prescription, I was told I took too long to respond so the completed the order. I can’t even use the glasses. I won’t use the service again.

GBI never got my order I never got my order. I only found out about issues with my order after I reached out numerous times to their customer service. They gave me a bad tracking number and then kept telling me the order arrived which it definitely didn't. I'm sad because I've previously bought from here with no issues and this time it wasn't like that.
