I loved the pair I got on amazon years… I loved the pair I got on amazon years ago but could not find the same frames there so ordered direct. Was disappointed because I paid for anti reflective blue light blocking and while the blue light blocking was good the Anti reflection was not. Support just said all their lenses are anti reflective, which if that was the case why charge for it separately and the only compensation offered was 50% off the next purchase. Love the style , dislike the support.

Poor Quality I love the appearance of my glasses, but the quality has significantly decreased over the past few years. My new glasses are about 6 months old, and I have had to tighten the screws on them at least 1-2 times per week. They get so loose that the frame is about to fall off. I have worn glasses for at least 18 years and never had this problem before. I never once had to tighten my glasses I purchased from Cyxus in 2020. Very disappointing

There was a delivery problem but Cyxus… I never received my product. Cyxus is legally responsible for refunding the product or replacing the item with a new one. However, they say as if the logistics company was responsible for the issue, refusing to take any action. They should legally pay me back first and then file a complaint on their own if they used an insured delivery service. I believe that the good reviews are mostly fake. Don't fall for it. Their customer service attitude is ridiculous. Don't take the risk please for your own sake. As a corporate misconduct professor, I find the way they handle this issue very much disppointing. Sincerely hope that Cyxus's business goes down in the near future.

Look if the glaseses you want to purchase is in the correct continent so you dont have to pay additional taxes After orderingen to pairs of glaseses I got an email, where it said I had to pay more in taxes because one of the glases was in a chinese warehouse and not in the EU(Where I live). So just make sure that the glaseses you want are in the correct warehouses. I was not intereresret in paying more, so got my money back, so Thank you Cyxus!
