GBAmazingly Good and Invisible Before purchasing FROM Eargo, I did a lot of research online, of course without the ability test them before purchase. However, the 45 day guarantee offered was enough for me and I decide to give them a try. The first time that I tried them I noticed an amazing difference. The sound was very crisp, clear and made a huge difference. I did the Sound Match three times and was surprised that each time it produced a slightly different result – sometimes better and others less so. In short I experimented trying to find the perfect settings. After a couple of weeks, I obtained a copy of a hearing test that I had completed approximately a year ago and after a telephone conversation with Jerry in support, I forwarded the report to him. Apparently the report suggested quite a few differences from the setting resulting from Sound Match. Jerry was able to program in the test results and the results went from good to great. They are conformable to wear all day, such that I forgot that I was wearing them half the time, the battery lasts forever and finally I have to mention their support dept. They kept in touch with me from day one and when I called for some assistance they were ready to help in any way they could. The whole experience is 5 STARS.

GBThe Eargo 7’s Changed my World The Eargo 7’s have made a dramatic improvement in my life. I am close to my one year mark with my Eargo’s!! Considering I started out with a really expensive brand name hearing aid that just required appointment after appointment to try and get right for me, I know what I am talking about. Eargo’s were a breeze to set up and had me hearing better than those $5,500 hearings aids. Thank you so much Eargo for giving me my hearing back. I don’t have to keep asking coworkers or friends to repeat themselves!! Also, the Eargo team has the BEST customer service team I have ever dealt with, hands down!!! Keep up the good work Eargo!!

GBNot a good product I purchased a pair for $2,500 and after using them for a maximum of 2 months they stopped working. I have tried to get help in fixing them, but without any luck. They want me to buy a new pair and ONLY offer a small discount. These hearing aids NEVER worked for me, and I'm so disappointed with this product, I cannot recommend this product.

ATEargo 7 is a great PSAP My Eargo 7's are a remarkable piece of technology, very discreet and comfortable to wear, with good battery life and a well-designed charger/carrying case. Best of all they can be personalized with the "Sound Match" on the Eargo App for really good performance. The company staff were friendly and helpful.

GBOutstanding products and people! Outstanding products. I started out in 2020 with the Eargo 5's to help with my mild to moderate hearing loss and tinnitus. Significantly improved my hearing and even reduced the tinnitus. I upgraded to the Eargo 7's, which have even more technology, in January 2024 and absolutely love them. The Customer Service Department at Eargo is Fantastic! They have real people that really care. They go out of their way to answer questions, resolve issues or simply help you make adjustments or understand your hearing devices. Great value compared to traditional hearing aids that may or may not work as well as Eargos! I have found them to be a first rate company with honest people who make a quality product. I highly recommend!
