Time for Hearing Aids I am a 69 year old Triathlete and, needless to say, I was very reluctant to purchase hearing aids I so desperately needed because of the stigma of appearing old! I finally went to an audiologist who recommended a $6K pair of hearing aids and I said there must be a better way. I found EARGO online after doing my research and decided to try them out. They have exceeded my expectations. They are very small, easy to insert and barely noticeable. I have been wearing them for a month and my kids don’t even know yet that I have hearing aids. In addition to them being barely noticeable, the sound quality is excellent and I feel like Superman sometimes. I am hearing things that I haven’t heard in years, like my wife talking from the next room! I highly recommend EARGOs for their size, value and quality!

Outstanding products and people! Outstanding products. I started out in 2020 with the Eargo 5's to help with my mild to moderate hearing loss and tinnitus. Significantly improved my hearing and even reduced the tinnitus. I upgraded to the Eargo 7's, which have even more technology, in January 2024 and absolutely love them. The Customer Service Department at Eargo is Fantastic! They have real people that really care. They go out of their way to answer questions, resolve issues or simply help you make adjustments or understand your hearing devices. Great value compared to traditional hearing aids that may or may not work as well as Eargos! I have found them to be a first rate company with honest people who make a quality product. I highly recommend!

Eargo 7 - Very Satisfied - Generally, the product itself (Eargo 7) has met or exceeded my expectations, I would rate it 8 or 9 on a scale of 10 on how well it helped my hearing, and how satisfied I am with the purchase, only refraining from a 10 because I've never used hearing aids until now, and I have no relative experience with anything else. However, this product seems to be high quality, and good at doing what it's supposed to do. One key thing to understand is that it takes a little bit of adjustment time to get used to 'hearing' again, and get the aids adjusted to your comfort. After a few weeks, I completely forget that they're in. - The customer support resources are really good, with many how-to videos for common questions, etc. I found these very valuable. - The customer service reps, both pre-sale and afterwards, were 'gold standard'. All communications were prompt, and exceeded my expectations. The insurance specialist was particularly persistent in dealing directly with my audiologist. She made numerous calls, and spent substantial time on hold, finally getting the information she needed from the health care provider to confirm and authorize my insurance coverage with my carrier. The customer service experience was a key factor in my decision to proceed with the purchase. - The in-house audiologist that I spoke with 1-on-1 after my purchase was also excellent. I had a problem transferring my 'Sound Match' settings to the charger initially, a Bluetooth issue. She knew of the problem and instructed me on resolving it. She also had a lot of answers to my initial questions about the operation; everything from itchy ears to how to adjust settings. She was excellent. - Perhaps the only very slight negative in my experience was with the Eargo phone app. I found that it wasn't as 'intuitive' as some apps, but as in most software products, once you become familiar with it, it does what it's supposed to do. I had no issues with the ultrasound control whatever. I also noticed recently that an update is coming, so I expect the App will be even better. My 1-on-1 meeting with the Eargo specialist post-purchase was invaluable in respect to this topic.

I love my Eargo 7's I love my Eargo 7's! I'm amazed that they help me to hear everyone at the table in a noisy restaurant, which is what frustrated me (and my family!) before I wore hearing aids. They are very comfortable, I can happily wear them all day when I need to. Battery lasts best part of a full day before needing a recharge. I wish it was possible to replace the battery, because as it stands I'm looking at buying a replacement set in about 3 years' time, but all things considered these are a miracle for the price. My family didn't even know I was wearing them at first, they are almost invisible!

Great Product, Great Company Upon receiving my Eargo 7s I was, and still am, very impressed with the overall ingenuity of their design. Having previously used (sporadically) a reprogrammed, recycled pair of older Miracle Ear devices, I especially appreciate Eargo’s nearly invisible in-ear design, rechargeability, smartphone interface and user-adjustability. Even before employing the Sound Match feature, I immediately noticed a welcome improvement in both the quality and clarity of my hearing. The Live Support is particularly outstanding; and in all its forms, the help available is extraordinary.
