Amazingly Good and Invisible Before purchasing FROM Eargo, I did a lot of research online, of course without the ability test them before purchase. However, the 45 day guarantee offered was enough for me and I decide to give them a try. The first time that I tried them I noticed an amazing difference. The sound was very crisp, clear and made a huge difference. I did the Sound Match three times and was surprised that each time it produced a slightly different result – sometimes better and others less so. In short I experimented trying to find the perfect settings. After a couple of weeks, I obtained a copy of a hearing test that I had completed approximately a year ago and after a telephone conversation with Jerry in support, I forwarded the report to him. Apparently the report suggested quite a few differences from the setting resulting from Sound Match. Jerry was able to program in the test results and the results went from good to great. They are conformable to wear all day, such that I forgot that I was wearing them half the time, the battery lasts forever and finally I have to mention their support dept. They kept in touch with me from day one and when I called for some assistance they were ready to help in any way they could. The whole experience is 5 STARS.

I love my Eargo 7 hearing aids I love my Eargo 7 hearing aids. They are everything as advertised. They are small, provide clarity and change volume automatically based on the environment. They have eased my hearing loss and changed my life. I have used other hearing aids and these are far superior. Great Product, Great Company Upon receiving my Eargo 7s I was, and still am, very impressed with the overall ingenuity of their design. Having previously used (sporadically) a reprogrammed, recycled pair of older Miracle Ear devices, I especially appreciate Eargo’s nearly invisible in-ear design, rechargeability, smartphone interface and user-adjustability. Even before employing the Sound Match feature, I immediately noticed a welcome improvement in both the quality and clarity of my hearing. The Live Support is particularly outstanding; and in all its forms, the help available is extraordinary.

Not a good product I purchased a pair for $2,500 and after using them for a maximum of 2 months they stopped working. I have tried to get help in fixing them, but without any luck. They want me to buy a new pair and ONLY offer a small discount. These hearing aids NEVER worked for me, and I'm so disappointed with this product, I cannot recommend this product.

I am enjoying my new Eargo SE I am enjoying my new Eargo SE. The product I feel is definitely better than my first pair of Eargo NEO HIFI. The setup, new smaller charger and quality of sound is a tremendous improvement. They are more comfortable. The cost was very reasonable for the product offered. I am enjoying my new Eargo SE to the fullest.
