The Eargo 7’s Changed my World The Eargo 7’s have made a dramatic improvement in my life. I am close to my one year mark with my Eargo’s!! Considering I started out with a really expensive brand name hearing aid that just required appointment after appointment to try and get right for me, I know what I am talking about. Eargo’s were a breeze to set up and had me hearing better than those $5,500 hearings aids. Thank you so much Eargo for giving me my hearing back. I don’t have to keep asking coworkers or friends to repeat themselves!! Also, the Eargo team has the BEST customer service team I have ever dealt with, hands down!!! Keep up the good work Eargo!!

Lack of ability to cure App problem I very much liked Eargo 7 when I first bought them, despite having to have three right side earbuds replaced, without charge, since May last year. Eargo have recently updated their app and since then, I am unable to use it. When I go to log in, I am told that I have the wrong password, despite trying several. When I attempted, (several times), to change my password, I keep on being told that they have emailed me another but it never arrives. When I called them, twice now, the ladies were very nice but unable to help. It's been several days now that I can't use my eargos and I'm fed up of this non-treatment. I want to return my eargos, get my money back and look for another hearing aid.

I love my Eargo 7 hearing aids I love my Eargo 7 hearing aids. They are everything as advertised. They are small, provide clarity and change volume automatically based on the environment. They have eased my hearing loss and changed my life. I have used other hearing aids and these are far superior. I highly recommend the Eargo 7 and the service and support Eargo staff provides and also available remotely. Judy M.

I'm very pleased I'm very pleased. I'm actually surprised at how well they work. I expected improved hearing, but the directional aspect of the sounds is the eye-opener. I'm having no issues with charging or length of time they hold a charge. The continued follow-up by the staff and emails is icing on the cake.
