My first time ordering sunglasses… My first time ordering sunglasses online. Kinda hesitant but did it anyway. No regrets. My Betsy Johnson sunglasses are adorable. Really happy with them! I was in no hurry to receive them which took over two weeks.

My service representative was Sue, she took care of all of my issues, with patience and caring. I’m not tech savvy, but she walked me through everything via emails. Wonderful to deal with from beginning to end… I needed to return my prescription sunglasses after I received them. I contacted customer service and they were EXCEPTIONAL through the return process. I was able to return the glasses and my account was credited back immediately. They also contacted my vision insurance to reinstate the benefits used. I have used Befitting in the past and will most certainly return when I look to purchase my next pair of glasses. I highly recommended for the quality, the selection, the speed of service, and their customer service. Thank you!!!

People on here complaining about the… People on here complaining about the wait time has me shaking my head. I mean really, you are ordering online! There's no guarantee how long it will take, not to mention they still have to make make your lenses. If you you need your glasses in a hurry then go to an actual store and order them. Lucky for me I can live without glasses, have a very low prescription. My daughter who has a very high prescription would never order glasses online. People with no common sense writing bad reviews on a good company.
