Absolutely best in customer service & product This is my 2nd year ordering from Befitting and the experience was again flawless!!! The staff, most especially Cody Sue M., was very informative and helpful pointing out the best choices for optimization of my insurance coverage. Best bang for your buck with this company I will look forward to using them again next year!!

Excellent Customer service I had a pair of prescription sunglasses made. I received them, but found out that Befitting is not accepted by my insurance. The web site said it was (and still says it is). They only accept my insurance for contacts. So I had to send the glasses back. The return process was easy. The customer service was outstanding. Refund was very quick. If my insurance was accepted I would buy here again. Be sure to double check...maybe a phone call is merited.
