Good quality and the price but slow I like the quality and the price. My frames took over 5 weeks. That did not really matter but, if I had known the 5 day estimate was hopelessly unrealistic, I would not have sent two pairs at the same time. Suggest that more realistic time frames be given and possibly charge extra for guaranteed express service

Fantastic service from start to finish… Fantastic service from start to finish and so fast ! Really good prices and will be using this Company for all my future glasses and sunglasses. I was hesitant about moving to on line buying of glasses but its so simple and so quick and more importantly much better value than high street opticians.

Great Value, Great Service I sent off two pairs of glasses to have my new prescription fitted at a much reduced price of the high street, I chose anti reflection and anti glare coating on a short sighted prescription. A prepaid bag was sent to me to return my glasses to them, I was given an update when they were received (reassuring) and an update when dispatched I was delighted with the speed they were turned around and they have come back perfect, I could not be more happy.... now where are my old prescription sunglasses to send away...!!! Thank you

Product excellent, but slow delivery. The technicians at Reglazingeyewearcompany did a first class job and produced for me a pair of varifocal glasses that are perfect. I would have given 5 stars but for the time it took to reglaze my frames. If you want a new pair of glasses quickly do think carefully before committing to this company as, at present, it is taking about 9 weeks to complete an order. But they are worth waiting for.

Avoid at all cost. Avoid at all cost. Placed order with them but billed under digitalopticslimited.Glasses not received after 6 weeks. Asked for refund and return of frames no reply. Gov.uk says in liquidation but still taking orders on website.
