A freepost envelope arrived 2 days later for me to send my old frames to them. I had an email requesting a 'selfie' of me wearing the existing glasses. Five days later, I received an email confirming receipt of the old frames. After 14 more days, I received an 'order dispatched' email. Two days later, I received my reglazed glasses by signed-for recorded delivery. I am pleased that the Hoya lenses have a very good area of sharp vision.
