Easy peasy lemon squeezie Had 2 pairs of glasses reglazed and could not find it easier or better than it was from receiving envelope to send glasses back to receiving new glasses back. Service was speedy and efficient and very pleased with everything including price. Will definately use again. Great price, good personal touch and fantastic service.

Avoid at all cost. Avoid at all cost. Placed order with them but billed under digitalopticslimited.Glasses not received after 6 weeks. Asked for refund and return of frames no reply. Gov.uk says in liquidation but still taking orders on website.

Good quality and the price but slow I like the quality and the price. My frames took over 5 weeks. That did not really matter but, if I had known the 5 day estimate was hopelessly unrealistic, I would not have sent two pairs at the same time. Suggest that more realistic time frames be given and possibly charge extra for guaranteed express service

Good result obtained with little effort. I bought some varifocals from a local optician, which worked brilliantly as distance glasses. Unfortunately the range gave them such a steep graduation that they didn't work for me much below 1m. I took the plunge to go online to get some replacement lenses with reduced range, gambling that reducing the varifocal range would improve near vision. I sent off some old glasses with single vision lenses so had to provide a photo to get the lenses positioned correctly. The process of dealing with the company was straightforward and my gamble paid off. It looks like the way to go in future particularly as it's also cheaper to get just lenses than to buy new frames each time.
