Product excellent, but slow delivery. The technicians at Reglazingeyewearcompany did a first class job and produced for me a pair of varifocal glasses that are perfect. I would have given 5 stars but for the time it took to reglaze my frames. If you want a new pair of glasses quickly do think carefully before committing to this company as, at present, it is taking about 9 weeks to complete an order. But they are worth waiting for.

Good service, communication and product Very easy to order the reglaze, mailing pouch arrived quickly and the glasses came back very quickly. The courier gave us problems but it was rapidly resolved the company with good communication. The reglaze its self looks good but I would recommend getting the ultrasonic clean and refurbishment; for very little money it makes the glasses look like new and the fit is a lot better I will be using this company again in the near future

I decided to have my second pair of… I decided to have my second pair of existing varifocal glasses reglazed by reglazingeyewearcompany.co.uk. The ordering screen was easy to complete. A freepost envelope arrived 2 days later for me to send my old frames to them. I had an email requesting a 'selfie' of me wearing the existing glasses. Five days later, I received an email confirming receipt of the old frames. After 14 more days, I received an 'order dispatched' email. Two days later, I received my reglazed glasses by signed-for recorded delivery. I am pleased that the Hoya lenses have a very good area of sharp vision. I shall definitely use reglazingeyewearcompany in the future.

Sent glasses off for reglazing on 28th… Sent glasses off for reglazing on 28th March and they reached Reglazingeyewear on 31st. They supposedly posted them on 14th April, but according to tracking, Royal Mail didn't receive them until 18th April. They finally arrived on 19th April. So that's 8 working days to process the glasses (Mon. 3rd to Fri. 14th April). A bit slow.
