The opposite is true here. Not only did the product & customer service exceed my expectations, I ordered 11 more the same day I tried them. I run companies for a living. Post office was unable to issue a return label because the address provided does not exist! Shipping would have been only $1.99! Forced to go with option accepting a 30%refund. Full refund claim minus shipping is very misleading. Eye glasses are in the rubbish where the product belongs. Beware this company has unscrupulous tactics.

Save money with Eyekeeper and get their better quality I normally buy another brand of clip on sunglasses. After researching online, I found that I can get three pair for just a little bit more of what one pair of the other brand cost. When I received my clip on sunglasses, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of them. They seem to be made even better than the other name brand. Customer service was excellent and responded to an email inquiry only hours after I sent it. I did email them about five days after ordering just to check on when I can expect delivery. They explained to me when I should get them and I got them even sooner than what they told me. Standard shipping was free from my order. I would recommend eye keeper to anyone looking for clip on sunglasses. Save your money and get better quality from them.
