The glasses didn't fit I just had great customer service. I had 5 pairs of reading glasses I ordered and I contacted Eyekeeper because they did not fit my head and felt like they would fall off my nose. They were screwless. Eyekeeper recommended glasses with screws and I accepted the change. They shipped me another set free of charge. Several customer service reps were involved in the emails we engaged in, they were all nice and professional. The new pairs fit me just right and I am very happy. I will always buy my glasses from Eyekeeper.

TR90 Polarized Bifocal Reading Sunglasses TH6145PGSG × 1 Before my purchase, I made enquires via email, and was almost immediately receives replies. even when I further make enquires, similarly was answered immediately. after I made the purchase, it was delivered ahead of time line. after using the sunglasses for a few days, I find it a little too tight fitting. when I inform via email about it, was offered a discount of 50%. Truely a satisfying experience.

Eyekeeper Unscrupulous Company One star... ease of ordering. Product not as advertised. Lenses do not transition and frames crooked. Opted to return the glasses. Post office was unable to issue a return label because the address provided does not exist! Shipping would have been only $1.99! Forced to go with option accepting a 30%refund. Full refund claim minus shipping is very misleading. Eye glasses are in the rubbish where the product belongs. Beware this company has unscrupulous tactics.
