DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS If it was possible to give these scammers a negative score I would. They should be banned/blocked from any internet based business. I ordered my glasses on 18th July and after reading countless fake tracking updates they now show as “returned to sender”. The package allegedly got to my local depot and then disappeared, they gave me a new tracking number 4 days ago but this time they can’t even be bothered to enter ANY information. I’ve asked for a refund but I’m guessing they have no honour or integrity and won’t bother to return my money Filthy scammers when will I learn

8 days ago I placed an order 8 days ago I placed an order. Emailed me a shipping number but nothing since. Emailed their customer service asking for an update. No response. Will be contacting the bank to reverse the charge very soon. Not impressed!!!!

No glasses after 2 weeks I have ordered glasses form this company on 1.8.23 money left my account on 2.8.23 and still no sign of delivery or update from the company. Trying to use their online chat with no response!!! Will endeavour to get a refund via paypal. Editing this review as I received the glasses the afternoon following this review. The glasses are great and I have compliments on the colours. If you are ordering with the company expect a 10 day wait for deliver!

Slow boat from China I really should learn to check companies like this properly. Had I known the glasses were coming on a slow boat from China I wouldn't have ordered them. They're Frustratingly clever in hiding that fact. I think it should be made plainly obvious. I ordered nearly a week ago and my order hasn't even made it to the UK yet according to the tracking.

As usual with online shopping. As usual with online shopping.. I was ready to be disappointed. Either by not receiving my order or by items that look nothing like what's posted online for sale. The opposite is true here. Not only did the product & customer service exceed my expectations, I ordered 11 more the same day I tried them. I run companies for a living. My beliefs in businesses run deep. Always based around " Under-Promise & Over-Deliver". Happy customer ' for life'!
