Great Materials, Excellent Customer Service I have now purchased 3 pair of glasses from FinestGlasses - two pair of prescription glasses and one pair of reading glasses. I had issues with my first prescription, and the folks at FG were very kind and responsive in helping me get my glasses right. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

If you are considering buying from this store, now you have a valid reason not to. I do not usually write reviews, but this time I have to make an exception. I want to review, particularly, their horrendous and unprofessional customer service. Despite my calm and rational approach to obtain a solution for my problem, this one particular representative was constantly demeaning and inappropriate. I asked to speak to another customer representative - he refused. I requested to speak to his boss - he refused. I demanded to speak with any other person that works in the company - he refused. At one point, he even outright lied telling me "there is no one else in here but me", when I can clearly hear people talking in the background. Without my problem being resolved, he hanged up stating, "I spent too much time talking to you already." This is completely unacceptable, and I wish for no one ever to experience this kind of service. Also, apparently, this company writes their own reviews - as evident by a representative 5-star review at the bottom. That is absolutely unsettling. If you are considering buying from this store, now you have a valid reason not to.
