GBMinor issue, major inconvenience. I broke my frames. Four months until my next eye exam, I found a Frame Only option available at eyeweb.com. w/ 1-3 day shipping on my discontinued frames. After processing the receipt indicated the item would be shipped in 7-10 days pended lens install. Next business day, emailed customer service, confirming item would be shipped immediately w/o lenses. CS was prompt with bad news. Won't ship without lenses, the system should not have offered them that way. They granted a full refund but what I need is to be able to see before a trip at the end of the week. Now I have to start the search from scratch.

GBBest customer service hands down. Customer service was top notch! Tim F. did a great job answering my questions and resolving my issues quickly and efficiently. Would love if all customer service agents were as respectful and helpful as him.

LTit felt like a scam Broken webpages. Gave no order, but they got payment. After all, bad and Impolite communication and person, i was communicating with, was very insensitive about situation.

GBBuyers beware they offer absolutely no… Buyers beware they offer absolutely no customer service. They sent me a broken pair of frames and offered me a solution. Buy another pair, what a joke then they suggested I glue them back together.
