GBBest yet. I had a set of $2,500 set of hearing aids for years and then tried a set of $5,800 for 30 days and returned them because they just weren't worth the money. The Luna pair I bought are better than what I had and a whole lot cheaper. They work great, no more batteries to worry about and work better in crowds and restaurants. Thanks for making an affordable product that works great.

GBI called and ordered a new charging… I called and ordered a new charging case for about two weeks. I didn’t receive anything so I did up calling the customer service team and they looked up the tracking number and couldn’t find anything so they upgraded my Terri needs to some better ones which I’m supposed to receive on Saturday so I’d like to take this company in the customer support team for everything. Thank you.

GBOrdered the hearing amplifiers from… Ordered the hearing amplifiers from this company for my 91 year old mother. They said the order would 3 to 5 days, and we got them within the 5 days. Package was intact, I opened the box inside the box, read the directions I charged them for 4 hours and guess what, they were charged in 4 hours, I click the volume up, and she said they work perfect. So this is why I give 5 stars, I really hope they last for awhile.

GBNever again Not as good shipping policy as other companies. Sent a pair with Chinese shipping company that was impossible to track with up to date information. Sent a pair with a defective charger and stopped responding to emails to resolve the issue. Be aware
