I'm so disappointed I'm so disappointed. I've been calling & emailing customer service and they don't call back. I need help to use them. I give up! Now I want to return them but need customer service to email me or return my call. I really can't see that happening. I really don't want to throw away $299

I have been an expensive hearing aid… I have been an expensive hearing aid wearer for approximately five years. Because of Covid and wearing masks my left side broke. I tried two other companies and ended with Beniwave. They came almost immediately and I can now hear again. Still trying to get my expensive set repaired. Any new users all I can say is once you receive your hearing aids ……USE THEM EVERYDAY…

The aids were only sound amplifiers The aids were only sound amplifiers. Could not hear voices clearly. Tried to return in the 45 day trial period but was told it started from the date of purchase not date of delivery. I missed return date by 2 days and didn't even have use of them. Would not last all day on a charge.
