Tried to return in the 45 day trial period but was told it started from the date of purchase not date of delivery. I missed return date by 2 days and didn't even have use of them. Would not last all day on a charge.

Never again Not as good shipping policy as other companies. Sent a pair with Chinese shipping company that was impossible to track with up to date information. Sent a pair with a defective charger and stopped responding to emails to resolve the issue. Be aware

I'm so disappointed I'm so disappointed. I've been calling & emailing customer service and they don't call back. I need help to use them. I give up! Now I want to return them but need customer service to email me or return my call. I really can't see that happening. I really don't want to throw away $299

Ordered the hearing amplifiers from… Ordered the hearing amplifiers from this company for my 91 year old mother. They said the order would 3 to 5 days, and we got them within the 5 days. Package was intact, I opened the box inside the box, read the directions I charged them for 4 hours and guess what, they were charged in 4 hours, I click the volume up, and she said they work perfect. So this is why I give 5 stars, I really hope they last for awhile.
