Bought for my father Bought for my father. He is very impressed with them. Trying to get ahold of someone is another story. The telephone number on the website rings busy or isn’t answered. The telephone number provided in a response on one of these reviews is a no go as well. So needless to say. Horrible customer service. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone within your 45 day timeframe for returns.

The hearing aids arrived quickly The hearing aids arrived quickly. There was a problem with the charger, but the company was very responsive and replaced it immediately for free. The hearing aids themselves are great. Five stars for them and five stars for the customer service.

I ordered them and they didn't work for… I ordered them and they didn't work for me. I returned them and wasn't given a full refund, $50 short! No where in the ad does it mention anything to that affect. I've emailed them twice with no response. I will be contacting the attorney general's office! Nancy W

The delivery was fine The delivery was fine. The hearing aids just do not work well for me. I almost need a lower volume setting or a different frequency range setting. Certain things like radio and tv sound a little distorted.

After wearing a pair of a different… After wearing a pair of a different manufacturer of a Much More Expensive set for 4 years the whole time was LESS than satisfying. I was Let Go of a job because I couldn't Hear the door chime. And they NEVER got adjusted so I could Hear all levels of sound. Then comes Binowav.! I had my reservations before I even wore them! Here's a set that Only needed to be charged up period!!👍once in my ears I could here no adjustments needed. The sound level was fine. All the issues from before I Did Not experience Now. There effortless! The price is one Anybody can afford...far better than $4,700.00(On Sale)👀. I personally need larger ear cups/caps to get a Better seating in the canale. I've tried 3or4 other in ear brands before Binowav this set..I'm done searching..these are the Real Deal at a Low Price for High Quality! Oh!...no I'm Not getting Any Bennies for sharing this with people searching for the Right setup. It's frustrating an irritating dealing with hearing loss if I can speed things up for others unsure to make the decision I'm Glad to Help you out 😁.
