DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM I wish I had read the reviews before I started using them. You can't reach anyone by phone or chat. You can email them but it takes days for them to respond. They sent the wrong prescription and I still don't have resolution on the replacement lens. I had to order a box NDA because I was out and hoping they will retund the charge but I'm not holding my breath. Even then it still took days to get a NDA which was still shipped as an air saver. Good gravy! Stop clearly they are cheap for a reason. DO NOT use them. You might pay a little bit more somewhere else but hopefull you'll get better service.

No real customer service-no lenses in stock Do not buy from webeyestore. Their website indicates lenses in stock but I do not think they have any or many. Instead, they most likely take your order and then try to obtain the lenses and reship. Meanwhile, I got an email saying that the lenses had shipped almost immediately and another one saying that the lenses were on backorder. Both could not be correct. I had ordered two different types of lenses from two manufacturers but they could not tell me which lens(es) were actually on backorder. Calling their customer service you get the same phony--literally--recording that makes it sound like you are waiting for a rep, but in my experience no one picks up and they put you on voicemail, then hang up on you. Completely bogus customer service. As noted by others, you cannot actually cancel your order online. My take on the 5 star reviews is that they may well have been written by the owners. Read them carefully.

Gave Them a 2nd Chance...BAD Decision I had a terrible, awful, horrible experience with Webeyestore several years ago and had some credits on my account due to the problems. I saw that the website was much improved and there were some positive reviews out, so I decided to use the discounts I had to buy new contacts. I was charged $6.95 shipping for 1 box of contacts, and now they are telling me to expect my order next week. That means it took 20 days (or more) to ship from New York to Arkansas?! Absolutely terrible customer service.

Shop elsewhere, still waiting on order after 4 months. Apparental its in the mail? Customer service is non existent. They will happily take your money and then provide no service at all when your order doesn't show up. If they ever do get back to your enquiries as to why your order hasn't arrive (for every 7 times you either email, call or web chat you get a response once) they will tell you its still in the mail. Seriously after 4 months they won't ever arrive. No refunds or care in the world.
