GBWHERE IS MY ORDER!? I have ordered my contacts from this website for years. Historically they're a little slow, but they've always emailed me back within a couple days. I have emailed them, called them, and left voicemails for weeks now looking for my missing order with no response yet. At this point, I'm thinking they don't have the contacts but instead of telling me or letting me know, they took my money anyway (THAT'S STEALING). I still don't know if i'll ever receive my order, but contacts are a necessity that you can't just not deliver without any notice. I will be begin to take legal action if there is no response soon.

GBSCAM!!! Worst online shopping experience- no customer service available I've been dealing with this awful company now since the first week of October when i placed my order for daily lenses, it is now January 5th, 2012. They were back ordered and then shipped out without providing me any tracking number or notification that they were being sent out. Not only that but i provided a prescription from a new doctor and they still contacted a my old one after many emails asking them not to. Long story short- My package got lost, they wont refund my money or send out new packages, maybe every 3 weeks after emailing and calling non-stop they might send me an email but nothing is ever resolved. I do not trust this company and ask you not to put yourself through so much aggravation- as far as I'm concerned this company is a scam- interested in only collecting money. they wont help you, they wont refund you and don't care if you ever receive your contact lenses.

GBTook money from Pay Pal account, never delivered I ordered contact solution in August 2016, and money was deducted from my PayPal account immediately. I never received anything. For two weeks I have called the company, left messages on their website, and send e-mail to the address on my order confirmation. They do not return calls, emails, or messages of any kind. I have contacted PayPal, and hopefully they can help me get a refund.

GBBad Experience Enough waiting for delivery after 12 days. Putting in cxl request with credit card today. Not worth the headache !

GBNo real customer service-no lenses in stock Do not buy from webeyestore. Their website indicates lenses in stock but I do not think they have any or many. Instead, they most likely take your order and then try to obtain the lenses and reship. Meanwhile, I got an email saying that the lenses had shipped almost immediately and another one saying that the lenses were on backorder. Both could not be correct. I had ordered two different types of lenses from two manufacturers but they could not tell me which lens(es) were actually on backorder. Calling their customer service you get the same phony--literally--recording that makes it sound like you are waiting for a rep, but in my experience no one picks up and they put you on voicemail, then hang up on you. Completely bogus customer service. As noted by others, you cannot actually cancel your order online. My take on the 5 star reviews is that they may well have been written by the owners. Read them carefully.
