GBIt took me tons of emails and… It took me tons of emails and frustration just to get the code to give to the merchant for a dog collar. Finally received the items 5-6 weeks after buying it. Was constantly told the merchant had to fix the code issue.

GBI love the engraved I love the engraved, wood bottle opener. This product makes a great closing gift for my real estate male clients. I also like the great customer service, I had a question placing the order and I don't remember the ladies name who help me but she did an awesome job guiding me through the ordering process. GBOrdered product almost 2 months ago Ordered product almost 2 months ago. Some personalized gifts were for a wedding shower that has come and gone. Can never get an answer from Customer Service and website says in process...after almost 2 months? Do NOT order from Qualtry!
