Excellent Company and customer service I'd never had a bad experience with Wooden Wick except for 1 delayed order, but they replied to my messages in timely manner and I got my packaged after couple of days. I love their Maker Perks program as well and of course the free shipping! If you're looking for high-quality and eco-conscious materials, Wooden Wick is the right one for you!

Really disappointed with customer service … Really disappointed with customer service. As someone who spends thousands of dollars with Makesy, I’m frustrated. I made an order on April 16, after seeing no movement on April 24 I emailed. Their response was if the order hasn’t been fulfilled after 7 days they would expedite shipping. I said it’s been well over 7 days. And they responded 7 business days. So of course the next day the order is updated fulfilled so they can avoid expedited shipping. Why not just offer it when a loyal customer is requesting it when I’ve spent $1000 this month?

Highly recommend WoodenWick products are top notch. We love the quality and aesthetic. The customer service team is excellent. Anytime we've reached out, they respond quickly and resolve it. They often have insane sales which small businesses appreciate! Our first choice is always WW.

I LOVE this company I LOVE this company! It's so nice to find one place that has everything I need. No more deep dives through various sites to find something aesthetically pleasing. All Makesy's vessels, fragrances, etc. are spot-on. Great customer service too. Very fast to respond to emails! Just hope they continue to expand their inventory. :)

Makesy made it right UPDATED REVIEW: My initial review rating was two stars due to being sent the wrong colored items. I made a request for the inconvenience and was denied in the beginning. However, Makesy customer service got back with me and made a way to accommodate me. Although I had time constraints and really needed to get things going sooner than later . . . Makesy understood my concern . . . they apologized for the inconvenience and made it a point to show me they value me as a customer. I will definitely continue my relationship with them and I highly recommend Makesy for all of your brand making needs. #Makesy #MadeItRight
