Responsive and easy to deal with Customer care is always eager and on point. Requests are fulfilled in timely matter. A complaint I have is that reports can't be exported into Excel or csv, but otherwise all is fine. Very cost efficient.

I also love the fact that I can implement my payroll on line myself, I don't really have time to sit on the phone and go over each employee every week.
