ZUMA PAYROLL PROCESSING WE SWITCHED TO ZUMA PAYROLL PROCESSING APPROXIMATELY 1 YEAR AGO. THE TRANSITION FROM OUR PREVIOUS PROVIDER HAS BEEN SEAMLESS. WE RECEIVE OUR WEEKLY PAYROLL IN A TIMELY FASHION. THE FEW CALLS I HAD TO MAKE DUE TO CHANGES WE REQUIRED WAS HANDLED EXPEDITIOUSLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZUMA. Amazing Customer Service Alisa has gone above and beyond for our company. She answers every phone call and email quickly, and is happy to help us with even the smallest things. In one instance we had no access to a fax machine or email and we were able to submit our payroll information over the phone - it took some time, and Alisa was very patient and helpful. We would recommend Zuma payroll to anyone.

Zuma Review Since we switched over to Zuma, I have nothing to say but great things. They did everything they promised. Whenever I have a problem Alisa is always there to help guide me thru it. We were tired of calling 800 numbers in other payroll companies and talking to people who we didn't know us or our company. They are an awesome payroll company to work with. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

Outstanding personal service!! Having used both Paychex and ADP in the past, I can honestly say that Zuma is the best. While their website may not be as intuitive as the big guys, I only need to call/email my dedicated rep for instant answers. No pressing buttons, listening to automated responses, or being kept on hold endlessly -- I get the SAME REAL PERSON each time I call. 5 big stars for Zuma!

Excellent Change in Payroll Company We recently changed payroll companies to process our payroll. Zuma has been extremely helpful and reliable and has offered considerable enhancements and features above our previous company at a much lower cost.
