Amazing Customer Service Alisa has gone above and beyond for our company. She answers every phone call and email quickly, and is happy to help us with even the smallest things. In one instance we had no access to a fax machine or email and we were able to submit our payroll information over the phone - it took some time, and Alisa was very patient and helpful. We would recommend Zuma payroll to anyone.

Responsive and easy to deal with Customer care is always eager and on point. Requests are fulfilled in timely matter. A complaint I have is that reports can't be exported into Excel or csv, but otherwise all is fine. Very cost efficient.

Excellent company! I really love this payroll company. My account rep Sophia is the absolute best... she's always there to help me with her expertise and wonderful personality! I also love the fact that I can implement my payroll on line myself, I don't really have time to sit on the phone and go over each employee every week.
