Great Customer Service I placed my online order shortly after the holidays, so a couple of items were back-ordered, but everything else arrived about a week later. One item was missing from my order and when I emailed Customer Service about it they responded promptly. Not only did a real person respond (a rarity these days), but she was also friendly and informative. Overall, great customer service! :)

So they do listen to reviews after all It’s nice that this site not only gets the exact items I ordered, but the quality is great too. I used to have shipping issues months ago probably because of past technical difficulties on their website but in recent times, it’s not a problem for me. Turns out, I should be double checking my information and not just the orders.

This is quite sad because, as mentioned earlier, their products are affordable. Please work to make international shipping more affordable.

Dick Blick uses Fedex Dick Blick uses Fedex. Fedex fails to deliver packages to my address, although UPS delivers every day. When told Dick Blick was told my order had been delayed several days beyond its stated delivery date, Dick Blick was unconcerned. Each morning, I'm told the order is on the truck. Each afternoon, I'm told that the order is delayed due to 'operational issues'. (Strangely, Fedex changes this to 'unable to deliver' later.) I will find another online art store that cares about their customers.
