Terrible Customer Servicr I bought this for my daughter’s birthday. I received the wrong kit. I asked for e refund because there was no way another one would get to me in time. I received an email stating they re-shipped the correct one and allow 15 days for shipping. I will NEVER order from them again. There are many companies that value their customers, this is definitely not one of them!

Diamond Art kit Ordered a diamond art kit and it was for a picture portrait, the pack came but unfortunately there were not enough stones for 2 of the sections. I ordered more and they were dispatched but will not receive for 15 days. I was working on a timeframe as it was a birthday present so I couldn’t wait 15 days. End result was that I used similar colour stones and the person whose gift it was loved it and didn’t know any different

Picture good but Diamond colors are all wrong Picture is beautiful and colors look right but the beads are all the wrong colors my white dog looks pink and the greens are brown not happy with it at all. I have written an email and reviewed previously but have not heard back from the company I’m going today to buy additional diamonds in the correct colors

Informative website I've never done Diamond Art, but wanted to order a special gift for. I my daughter-in-law who enjoys diamond art. The website explained clearly how to order so I could make an informed decision. after I place my order, I was kept informed along the way, letting me know when it was shipped and when it was delivered. It arrived sooner than I expected, just a couple days after her birthday.
