First Custom Piece This was the first custom piece I've done and I turned out well, i'm so pleased with it.

I ordered a couple canvases in August… I ordered a couple canvases in August to make a memorial picture for a dear friend that just passed and it shipped pretty fast. I was happy with how my portraits turned out so I wanted to order another project and would recommend using Made With Diamonds to anyone looking to make a special gift for a loved one!

Worst company and customer service… Worst company and customer service ever. First the only platform told me to pic one size which was fine but then after placing my order I was told that the size was too small and I needed to pay more or cancel. If it’s a system issue, I shouldn’t have to pay. As I was asking questions I was then told my order was shipped out but I never received the shipping informations. Questioned some more, I was told nope it wasn’t shipped out. Had to question more and still no help so they finally cancelled but I still haven’t received my money back nor do I expect to see it. I understand mistakes but no one actually looked into the case and all I received were excuses and misinformation.

Informative website I've never done Diamond Art, but wanted to order a special gift for. I my daughter-in-law who enjoys diamond art. The website explained clearly how to order so I could make an informed decision. after I place my order, I was kept informed along the way, letting me know when it was shipped and when it was delivered. It arrived sooner than I expected, just a couple days after her birthday.

Diamond Art kit Ordered a diamond art kit and it was for a picture portrait, the pack came but unfortunately there were not enough stones for 2 of the sections. I ordered more and they were dispatched but will not receive for 15 days. I was working on a timeframe as it was a birthday present so I couldn’t wait 15 days. End result was that I used similar colour stones and the person whose gift it was loved it and didn’t know any different
