Two issues: Two issues: 1) UNACCEPTABLE PKG. Canvas is rolled up so tight, that it takes a week to flatten it out with boards and weight before I can even work on it. Canvas should have NO CREASES! 2) DIAMONDS CHANGE IN SIZE FROM COLOR TO COLOR FOR HEIGHT AND DIAMETER. Uniformity in SHAPE and SIZE of every diamond MATTERS on the finished product, and makes application so much easier during the process. Overall quality needs to improve.

First Custom Piece This was the first custom piece I've done and I turned out well, i'm so pleased with it.

The colors are all wrong my… The colors are all wrong my granddaughter has brown skin not white and her face looks like she has clown makeup on, her dress was sunshine yellow not a pale yellow, "Very disappointed" I will never order from you again!! I waited too long and paid too much for this.I am trashing it.

Worst company and customer service… Worst company and customer service ever. First the only platform told me to pic one size which was fine but then after placing my order I was told that the size was too small and I needed to pay more or cancel. If it’s a system issue, I shouldn’t have to pay. As I was asking questions I was then told my order was shipped out but I never received the shipping informations. Questioned some more, I was told nope it wasn’t shipped out. Had to question more and still no help so they finally cancelled but I still haven’t received my money back nor do I expect to see it. I understand mistakes but no one actually looked into the case and all I received were excuses and misinformation.

I bought the castle at Disneyland for… I bought the castle at Disneyland for my granddaughter who is getting married next weekend. Her favorite place "in the world" is Disneyland and is where she will be honeymooning with her new husband, in Florida. I thought it was very appropriate. The size is 16x20 and I would recommend newbies to diamond painting to try something smaller the first time. I didn't think I'd have enough time to finish it, but luckily I did. I framed it and I'm excited about it. It looks great and I think she and her hubby will enjoy it. I look forward to doing more in the future! I love working with all the colors!
