Customer service explained that tracking links have largely become broken with the current covid crisis. Was about to request refund when my order arrived. Didn’t like the wait but the watercolors are very nice and the company was apologetic about the long wait.

I ordered online Paid a week later received a email informing me that my order had shipped then several days later I recieved another email stating that order was back ordered. now I recieved this my second request for a review. now it's been almost 4 weeks. Never buying from this company again.

Product was student grade Product was student grade. I purchased all 3 mica watercolor sets. The fountain pen was missing an ‘ O’ ring on the inside of the pen. Customer Service with the purchasers & shipping departments need to have the kinks worked out of their systems being that this is an overseas concern.

Love the travel watercolors This brand has a wide range of different art supplies, and their travel watercolors are so convenient! I really appreciate that they come with a brush and a sponge all built right into the unit. It couldn't be easier to take your art on the go with them!

Terrible company to work with Found paints at 30% less from other on line company. AND they arrived days sooner than paints from Prestigify. However Prestigify would not accept a return. They claim they’ll crwdit me the difference. But it forces me to stick with them instead of the company that charges less and provides better service. Extremely frustrating/irritating
