My daughter had a journal from this… My daughter had a journal from this website on her birthday list - ordered 3 weeks ahead of said birthday, now a month AFTER her birthday journal is yet to be received. Tracking was only provided upon demand and stopped abruptly with item landing in US more than 2 weeks ago - still has not been delivered.

Terrible company to work with Found paints at 30% less from other on line company. AND they arrived days sooner than paints from Prestigify. However Prestigify would not accept a return. They claim they’ll crwdit me the difference. But it forces me to stick with them instead of the company that charges less and provides better service. Extremely frustrating/irritating

I was recently finding a good Christmas… I was recently finding a good Christmas gift for my nieces and something to invest my time especially now that we are on lock down. I find this store and their products are just absolutely amazing. I painted more than 8 paintings and plan on buying more. Excellent on fast shipping too! I highly recommend this shop.

It's been about 2 months It's been about 2 months, still no package. I spent 40 on a tiny watercolor set. Email correspondence with the company is prompt and polite, but ends up in spam and somehow has a lot of"info" without actually telling me anything...like dates, tracking numbers, etc. If there was an award for being "professionally vague", this company wins the prize. Seriously feels like a scam, which I have told them. I'm about ready to dispute with Citibank and let them go after Prestigify.
