Product was student grade Product was student grade. I purchased all 3 mica watercolor sets. The fountain pen was missing an ‘ O’ ring on the inside of the pen. Customer Service with the purchasers & shipping departments need to have the kinks worked out of their systems being that this is an overseas concern.

Great pen, excellent paints I ordered the 18 color Nomad Portable Watercolor set. It arrived within a week. The color pots are very dense and have lots of paint in them. The water pen brush works perfectly and delivers unexpectedly fine precision. I have painted with the set twice, and I can get very fine detail and also nice washes with the water pen brush. It has been very pleasant to use the set, and I'm planning to give it as gifts and also to order the larger set when it comes back in stock, even though I found the 18 colors to be surprisingly blendable.

I was recently finding a good Christmas… I was recently finding a good Christmas gift for my nieces and something to invest my time especially now that we are on lock down. I find this store and their products are just absolutely amazing. I painted more than 8 paintings and plan on buying more. Excellent on fast shipping too! I highly recommend this shop.

HAPPY CUSTOMER FOR OVER 3 YEARS… I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 3 YEARS AND LOVE THE WATERCOLOUR SLIDERS . THESE ARE MY FAVOURITE AS THE COLOURS ARE VIBRANT AND EASY TO TRANSPORT AND USE , i HAVE USED THE PENS BUT LEARNT THAT YOU MUST DIP THEM IN WATER TO GET LONG LASTING RESILTS ,BUT LOVE THE TEXTURES AND EFFECTS. I would like the addition of a block of really strong and vibrant whites then my kit would be complete . Have the golds and cant wait to try them , PS customer service excellent also

It's been about 2 months It's been about 2 months, still no package. I spent 40 on a tiny watercolor set. Email correspondence with the company is prompt and polite, but ends up in spam and somehow has a lot of"info" without actually telling me anything...like dates, tracking numbers, etc. If there was an award for being "professionally vague", this company wins the prize. Seriously feels like a scam, which I have told them. I'm about ready to dispute with Citibank and let them go after Prestigify.
