Really bad customer service The box itself looks super nice, but the cable was defective. (Probably already happened during shipping) So I wasn't able to use the box to its full extent. When I asked if I could get a new box sent or if I could get my money back, I got a strict no. They are not aware of any guilt and pack everything with the greatest care. I then asked if I could at least have a new cable so that I could repair it myself. That too was rejected. So I paid almost 40€ for a non-functioning box. Customer service is really a disaster. The website also advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee, which is absolutely not true

They said 7-10 business days I ordered… They said 7-10 business days I ordered on Dec 14 and it is Jan 2nd. I tried to get my tracking number to track the package and there isn’t a tracking number for my order. I have no way to track my order and still nothing has come. 70$ is a lot of money to spend for nothing to come.

Overall a good experience but wire too short Overall a good experience, told me the product would come within 8-14 and came after 8 days. Good quality, however, I think cord for the box too short very few places I can put since I need a plug pretty close to it.
