GBreceived the wrong Kyoto boxes. I waited about 3-4 weeks for my Kyoto box to come in which wasn’t to bad. But when I received them they weren’t the ones I ordered didn’t make for a great experience.

DEReally bad customer service The box itself looks super nice, but the cable was defective. (Probably already happened during shipping) So I wasn't able to use the box to its full extent. When I asked if I could get a new box sent or if I could get my money back, I got a strict no. They are not aware of any guilt and pack everything with the greatest care. I then asked if I could at least have a new cable so that I could repair it myself. That too was rejected. So I paid almost 40€ for a non-functioning box. Customer service is really a disaster. The website also advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee, which is absolutely not true

MTNever arrived Never arrived Please do not buy from this site, parcel never arrived despite being in transit over a month. Client support not helpful either. It’s a scam and don’t buy from this site.

ITGreat first experience I’ve ordered my kyotobox less than two weeks ago and it’s already here. I’m from Italy so I was a little bit scared that something could go wrong with the delivery, but luckly everything went fine. The box is perfect, I love it. They’re also super professional. I’m gonna buy something else for sure.

AULooks like product as shown Looks like product as shown. The only problem is I paid for a remote control one, which I got the remote but they gave me the USB connection when I ordered the battery version.
