Unable to get the free wallpaper with purchase Tried to use the wallpaper option promised with the purchase of the wall calendar and I get an error code saying invalid code... even though they show me the code and it matches exactly with what is printed in the calendar. The whole web site is slow and hard to use.

No more "Guy" gifts..... For YEARS I purchased the LEE STRONCEK/The Fours Seasons Spiral Engagement calendar(as "guy" gifts) I would purchase multiples of these. After 3 (THREE) emails to Lang explaining what I was looking for, with their replies twice that basically told me "Here it is" and then sent me to another Artist's calendar. I finally came to the assumption that it is no longer available.....too bad. Otherwise Lang is a great company to purchase from, with nice products.

Customer Service Run Around Lasted Two Months I purchased a calendar two months ago for 2018. It boasted that there would be digital files of the images included. I attempted to redeem and the code included was invalid. Thats ok, these things happen. I reached out to customer service multiple times. Each time I was told something different as to why it wouldn't work and that it would be addressed. It never was and I stopped receiving responses to my correspondences. Ultimately I reached out to them via social media and my issue was corrected within an hour. Too bad that couldn't have happened 2 months ago.

Always a high quality, beautifully designed product My mom began buying these date books probably fifteen years ago and for her oldest, dearest friends (who are at least 90). A few years back, mom assigned Be with the task of picking just the right ones for each friend. Imagine my hysteria when I learned that the store we’d been returning every year had closed! Thankfully, my brain retains lots of bits of information and I was able to avert a crisis by locating your website. The artists who provide beautiful scenes of nature and country life are so talented, and their attention to detail is spectacular. I have emailed several times in regards … I have emailed several times in regards to not being able to get the free wallpapers with the code provided in Calendar, keeps telling me invalid. I also see in customer comments that I am not the only one. I have bought Lang for several years now but the lack of customer service will make me never buy another one !!!!!!!!
