I emailed them 3 times I emailed them 3 times. Never received a response. The Calendars are good. Customer Service is very poor. I have been buying calendars from them for 12 years. Thinking of looking elsewhere next year. Curstomer servie is everything.

I ordered a calendar around 12/10/2020 I ordered a calendar around 12/10/2020. The charge of $19.58 was taken from my checking account on 12/10/20. When I hadn't received after 3+ weeks I called Lang to report this. I made 2 calls on different days,was on hold for over 1 hour each time. When my call was answered the clerks were not willing to satisfy the item I paid for that I never received. As of today 1/18/2021 I have not received what I paid for or received any communication from Lang.

I have emailed several times in regards … I have emailed several times in regards to not being able to get the free wallpapers with the code provided in Calendar, keeps telling me invalid. I also see in customer comments that I am not the only one. I have bought Lang for several years now but the lack of customer service will make me never buy another one !!!!!!!!

Customer Service Run Around Lasted Two Months I purchased a calendar two months ago for 2018. It boasted that there would be digital files of the images included. I attempted to redeem and the code included was invalid. Thats ok, these things happen. I reached out to customer service multiple times. Each time I was told something different as to why it wouldn't work and that it would be addressed. It never was and I stopped receiving responses to my correspondences. Ultimately I reached out to them via social media and my issue was corrected within an hour. Too bad that couldn't have happened 2 months ago.

Lang American Kitchen full-size calendar I have bought these calendars for close to 20 years and have saved many because of the artwork. That won’t be happening with the 2018 American Kitchen calendars. I HATE the “tilted” pictures and I’m not sure I will be using this one! I have too much money tied up with this calendar to not use as I ordered 4, one for my house and three as Christmas gifts. I’m embarrassed that I gifted these now that I’ve opened mine today 01/01/18. I will be rethinking before ordering the 2019 ones!
