GBDigital Wallpaper Love the physical calendars but for the third time now I've not been able to successfully download the digital calendar at all. Extremely frustrating. I have a link that doesn't work and when I go the long way to add the digital wallpaper to my cart it won't recognize the code in the promotion/coupon code field.

GBI ordered a calendar around 12/10/2020 I ordered a calendar around 12/10/2020. The charge of $19.58 was taken from my checking account on 12/10/20. When I hadn't received after 3+ weeks I called Lang to report this. I made 2 calls on different days,was on hold for over 1 hour each time. When my call was answered the clerks were not willing to satisfy the item I paid for that I never received. As of today 1/18/2021 I have not received what I paid for or received any communication from Lang.

GBI called a few days ago and left a … I called a few days ago and left a message about my issue (unable to download FREE wallpaper). NO CALL BACK. I called today and spent over 15 minutes on hold before being forcibly transferred to voice mail. I wish I had NEVER bought this calendar!

GBWhen a loyal customer orders six items … When a loyal customer orders six items on December 2 but only receives four items 10 days later. Then leaves a message with customer service on Monday requesting the missing two items, but received a call on Thursday in a voicemail saying please call us back and we’ll take care of this for you. Then I call on Saturday and I’m told we’ll send you the two missing items that we failed to send but no we cannot expedite the service; we’re sorry. That is absolutely 100 percent unacceptable to me as a customer when I depended on those items to be given out as gifts before 22 December. I’m a long time customer and I would expect better treatment than this. 100 percent Disappointed in the Lang company.

GBI placed an order for 2 calendars on … I placed an order for 2 calendars on December 6th with free shipping and was told my order was placed yet no confirmation that my order was shipped. My credit was charged for the calendars and I sent a message to Lang service but have not received a response. I am going to have to go purchase calendars for 2018 and hope they have the ones in stock we initially ordered. I will be putting a dispute on my credit card as I have not received any shipment or explanation.
