Picmonkey used to be a great program… Picmonkey used to be a great program years back. Now it is nothing but frustration. Constantly getting "trouble in paradise" error messages, designs do not update (for days sometimes). First time I contacted customer support it was supposedly my computer and then things just magically worked again. Second time they are telling me it is my computer again. I can work five times faster in Canva with NO issues. Will not renew this time

I messaged them via the website because… I messaged them via the website because I did not sign up for the 1 year plan. All I did was set up a free trial and now I have been charged $120 and I don't even like the program it wasn't exactly what I was needing. So now I don't now how or if they've even seen the message I sent them today because I didnt get a confirmation email or anything. but I really can not afford losing $120 right now!

Customer support helped me! This review is for my experience in working with customer support for an issue I had with one of their premium tools. After writing to their helpdesk about my issue, I heard back within 24 hours. While the problem wasn't fixed at first, with some explanation on my side, they rectified the entire situation after that. Thank you PicMonkey for listening to me and making things right! great customer care I use picmonkey a year now and recently due to email account and payment changes I got billed a yearly fee. However I’m really pleased with the support and actions I have experienced asap I raised the above issue. They responded instantly with all the explanations and choices to keep prescriptions and get a refund all in an easy email correspondence. For me this is a very professional way of dealing with their customers satisfaction. Thank you.

AVOID PICMONKEY I used to love Picmonkey & used them for years to make quick easy adjustments or photo collages but since the loss of the Flash Player they are just a TOTAL RIP OFF. They charge so much £ & have no care or regard to their loyal customers & hardly offer anything for your £. I would strongly suggest to invest in the Lightroom subscription instead! There are much better, more fun & cheaper photo editing sites out there!
