The only thing I would like to see an improvement is the time, time running out, etc. The advisors do not answer anything if time runs out. They should or there should be a countdown as we are getting close like on the add funds page it directs you too.

Just okay There are some psychics that are way off and aren't accurate at all. The app or phone calls cut off randomly while in the middle of a reading and you have to reconnect and get charged a second service fee for what is essentially the same conversation. Which isn't fair at all. Keen offers one $25 satisfaction guaranteed refund per month, but if the reading was $100, or you have multiple advisors that were horrible, you can't get credited for those, so it really isn't a satisfaction guarantee. It's a "I hope you stay quiet because we are giving you something" kind of thing. Having only 7 days to leave feedback is ridiculous because most predictions are further out than that, so you can't rate a psychic accurately. There are some advisors that seem pretty good, but considering none of the timelines have come yet, it's hard to rate it accurately.

Very Sad Experience I was keen for a in depth and compassionate reading. The reader I spoke with is the opposite of what I was hoping for. I mean I understand that readers have different ways of doing a reading. Just disappointed with the quality of service and wouldn’t come back again.
