GB2 month shipping, sub-par items. I ordered in February, order remained in shipment pending for almost 2 months! I was told an item was not in stock but I could refund or exchange, I responded immediately and they sent the same email a month later. The items are all pocket sized (same as you'd get off Temu etc) and when the package finally arrived in APRIL, I recieved a consolation for waiting: a tiny opalite bracelet (opalite is basically plastic) and 1/2" chip of amethyst that was clearly a broken piece off a statue or something, it was raw on one end and polished everywhere else. I have a feeling this store is just run by a dude in his basement, quite disappointing all round.

GBI have no complaints whatsoever I have no complaints whatsoever. I love the choice of merchandise, things I ordered arrived in perfect condition, & in a timely manner. Paying through Shop Pay is great. I recommend you to all I know🥰. Thank you for everything 🤗

GBStellar Support Staff Mariah and the support team were super fast and responsive when I shared my issue with them. They listened to my concerns and then solved them. GBIt's been 87 years... I ordered a bunch of stuff in early march; mostly gifts, & some sage for myself in preparation for eclipse season/Mercury retrogade (iykyk). The birthdays/occasions I wanted gifts for have come & gone, so has eclipse season, multiple full moons & Mercury rx.. and I'm still here, waiting on my package. I've reached out 3 times, first 2 times they said my order will ship "soon", Finally a shipping label was created -- but package still hadn't left the shop. I contacted a 3rd time & was told my order hasn't shipped yet because they're waiting on an item in it to be restocked (they said within a week.. 2 weeks ago). Most stores just put 'out of stock' if they don't have an item, but not Magick. They'll still sell you an item they don't have, to take your $$ and (maybe?) send your order *someday* when they deem fit. At this point I'll be shocked if/when my package ever arrives. Since I've already waited eons, I'm going to give it another week before I contact my bank & file a report to the bbb. Will update this review with an update, good or bad. TLDR; don't order unless you wanna wait 2+ months to (hopefully) get your things.

GBmagick.com does not deliver! Weeks now and the products have not come. This company does not answer their phone, they send generic emails, and after a while they don't answer your emails. They take your money and then leave you hanging without the merchandise. They have the worst customer service. I don't know how they are still allowed to stay in business and allowed to scam customers, repeatedly.
