We have had the most wonderful… We have had the most wonderful experience with Trusted Housesitters. We have just had the most wonderful couple looking after our 3 dogs whilst we went on holiday. The website is easy to use and there are obviously loads of brilliant housesitters on there. It was easy to find a sitter, and the sitter was brilliant. And all the prompts from Trusted Housesitters in preparation for the stay were very helpful.

Lamia took time and patience to talk us thru the set up procedures and took time to follow up and provide 2 suitable sitters at ‘non obvious ‘ dates . This was the first time for me This was the first time for me. It felt a bit weird having someone in my home when I wasn't there; but my sitter Anastasiia was so lovely and my usually anxious cat loved her to bits. I am so impressed, it allowed me to have a worry free holiday after a difficult year. I cannot praise THS enough.

TRUSTED HOUSE SITTERS=THE worst customer service. Do not expect help from customer service if you are a sitter. Its AI and off shore script readers. HORRIBLE customer service. I had a host try to rent to me. and another host's landlord upstairs, physcially and verbally abuse me and a few sits cancel last minute with responses from THS- like: " we understand the inconvenience" and encourage to look for other sitting opportunities on our site" Have you ever tried finding a 6 week sit in 24 hrs. People plan ahead. THS does not hold hosts liable. It's not a pet/housesitting service .. its a tech platform offering the service.
