terrible customer service terrible customer service. I tried to cancel subscription multiple times and still get charges can boxes I don't want delivered (in terrible shape). I been trying to get in contact with someone for 2 months now and NOTHING, no way to call, no one responds to email or calls back from the sheet on their website. I'm just about to block them through my card and see if i can get some money back. terrible company

98% awesome! 98% awesome!! We loved the whole LTB experience but no longer makes sense for us maintain the account. It was a reoccurring gift to my son and he has tons of tackle and a job now. :) Bit of a miscommunication in the cancellation process but it was quickly resolved with a few email exchanges. It's a damn cool business model. :)

Great customer service I ordered a 3 month subscription for my husbands birthday, and the first box was missing one of the included jigs. I emailed customer service and Kyle got back to me quickly to inform me that the specific jig was out of stock. He assured me that they will be sending a replacement as soon as possible. We are lookin forward to the next two boxes.

No Customer Service, no way to cancel, products not as described As a new angler I wanted a way to get new gear and learn how to use it. Got the 1st box, there were multiple duplicate items, no fishing magazine and no instructions for YouTube video access as advertised on the site. Lures received also seem too large for targeted fish. Attempted to reset password with company website and despite several attempts did not receive any password reset link. I used the customer service email to try to reach them to cancel my account but got no response. Called my credit card company and blocked them from charging me and disputed charges for 2nd box since I was unable to reach them to cancel. No phone # available for merchant.

Lucky Tackle Box Saving The Day!! I have ordered boxes for co-workers for a few years now. When ordering this year, I made a mistake and selected the monthly subscription. I did not realize my mistake until I got an email my monthly box was shipping. I emailed and Kyle responded very promptly returned my email. He fixed my subscription and resolved the issue within minutes!! Christmas is stressful enough without me making it hard. Lucky Tackle Box (and Kyle) really care about customer service, and I am beyond thankful for them making my experience so easy!!
