I had an empty box show up in the mail a few months ago and they took care of me by sending out a replacement. I have paused my subscription for the time being, but I will be back. Thank you so much!

GBLucky Tackle is Top Notch! Customer service? -- Amazing!!! Rapid response on a Sunday afternoon- you can't ask for more. Box contents? -- Premium!!! I ordered a three month subscription for a birthday gift earlier in the year and am back for more this Christmas! I didn't even have to think about it. If you know anyone who likes fishing, whether seasoned or just starting, a Lucky Tackle Box gift subscription will be hands down the best gift they get.

CAThe website only allows you to buy… The website only allows you to buy stuff. They try and get you by continuing your subscription after the 3 months or whatever are done. Then their website won’t allow you to cancel a subscription. Total crap. In dispute now with Mastercard.

GBGreat customer service There was some confusion with my order and I ended up subscribing twice. Customer service was really great and not only fixed the problem, but gave me a refund. My son loves his Lucky Tackle Box, definitely his favorite Christmas gift.
