The quality of the flies were great but… The quality of the flies were great but the customer service not so much. I was short a set of flies in the last box they sent me. And when I emailed them about it they did not reply. So i canceled my subscription.

I would give them a zero rating if I… I would give them a zero rating if I could. My son-in-law likes the boxes when he gets them but it isn’t every month. They change my credit card every month. The answer I got from them was that they were behind on orders.

I like my truefly supply box a lot I like my truefly supply box a lot! I like the flies, I like being able to customize my box, and I like the surprises. The only thing I don't like is the inconsistencies in shipping and the timing of the boxes.
