Ordered on 9 Feb and arrived 30 April… Ordered on 9 Feb and arrived 30 April longer than expected due to Chinese New Year holiday and sea transportation. The seller could advise customers of transportation details in advance to alleviate any anxiety. I had to request this information, but could then track the vessel's progress. The delivery courier (UPS) only advised on the day of delivery so as a night shift worker I was asleep when the package arrived at 14:30 and only discovered it had been left on doorstep when I went to work at 21:15. Despite these issues I have given 5 stars for service because this was my first order and I now know what to expect and what to ask for in future.

Alright I guess. Doing business was ok but pretty similar like UPS they never informed me about package status either so they should have informed that package has been sent for example so then I know who is the next responsible of the package and I would also know what to do next. Customer service is alright but sometimes they never reply but luckily at the end they did. The item quality is ok but not great. I give 3/5 at the end so it is fine but there is room for improvement.

Regarding customization Regarding customization, I am very satisfied with the finished product of the doll, everything that needs to be done has been done. The price is also very suitable.
