I never Received my figurine it hasn't… I never Received my figurine it hasn't even been shipped yet its been a year

My First Experience My first experience purchasing from this seller went pretty smoothly and with ease. However, when I received my item (Black Clover Asta Statue), it had multiple issues such as the tail tip was broken and Asta has a crack on his knee. I am not to sure how to fix these issues but overall I really do love the statue. I also had no way of really tracking my item so I didn’t know when it was gonna come in.

beautiful but fragile Your product are great but one part came brocken so I had to repart it myself and for a +600$ statue it's kind of sad you don't have spare parts to help your customers. (It was the belt on the back so not a big piece of the statue)

I never received the figure I never received the figure, delays in receiving the order, you send messages to the contact email and they do not answer or they answer after months, the worst store I have been able to place an order in, I ended up canceling it
