Finally something works I have bought 2-3 of these dog seats from different brands and they never really lasted long or my dogs didn’t prefer to sit in them during the drive. I took a chance on pawseat I had kind of given up on anything working. But yea my maltese loves this little seat. Great investment I definitely recommend.

Ordered 5/4/2023 Ordered 5/4/2023. I was charged and have never heard any response to my four emails inquiring wear my order is. Terrible service, no phone number. I just sent another email and if no response by Friday, 6/30, I am calling my credit card company and reports fraud!

I just received my paw seat today in… I just received my paw seat today in the mail and I am so satisfied with it. It is just awesome it fits right between the seats and my little Chihuahua Is so comfortable in it.The material is nice and durable fabric I just can't believe How well made it is. I placed an order for PawSeat… I placed an order for PawSeat and was so excited to get it! The quality is top-notch and it was super easy to assemble. Unfortunately, my 12 lbs baby was too long for it, but he certainly did enjoy being up on the arm rest! We both loved it as a tote, but the reality is that it was just too narrow for him and also too hot (not very breathable). The customer service is superb though, and they promptly issued a partial refund (as I didn't have the original packaging anymore). I would definitely order another product from them, and I would still recommend the PawSeat to others with smaller dogs (under 7lbs or so).

Excellent customer service! The customer service at this company is excellent! There was a slight delay in shipment (by about a week....not unreasonable) and I was offered the choice to cancel the order or receive a discount. This was all handled proactively. I had an additional question and my inquiry was answered promptly and professionally. Very impressed.
