The concept of this seat is excellent The concept of this seat is excellent. I like the position where my pet sits. I am disappointed in the quality of the zipper. Trying to assemble the seat, one zipper broke. I believe I should be compensated for this. I ‘m looking for someone who may be able to fix it.

Lack of instructions for putting it together Putting it together without instructions was the most complicated part of this process. I had to get help from someone to understand what to do, but once done, my dog loves it.

Thank you Pawseat! My new Pawseat arrived within just a few days of ordering it. Although I had a challenging time figuring out how to get the zipping process started, the video helped with the rest of the process and the zipper worked well once I figured out how to get it going. My dog absolutely loves the car seat! Although he is about 2 pounds over the 13 pound limit it still works just fine for him. He seems to feel quite secure and really enjoys himself sitting front and center with us humans ;-) Thank you, Pawseat for a wonderful product.

We are on a trip from Texas to Georgia… We are on a trip from Texas to Georgia and our Yorkie and Morkie love their seats. My Yorkie has the consol seat and the morkie has the bigger one. They are so comfortable and have been a pleasure to take on this trip. Than you paw seats for a great product!

Best Dog Seat This is the best dog seat I could find anywhere, especially because of the inside strap that holds the dog so she can’t jump out. Just be careful and take time with the zipper. They’re a little tricky to figure out. The customer service couldn’t be better.
