There was no hard sell of other models, just useful advice and in the end I did choose an alternative. My machine and a bonus starter pack of supplies arrived within 3 days with a lovely hand written note. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received (especially after having had a bad experience with a different supplier) and would definitely recommend Lords to others looking for a sewing or embroidery machine. I'll certainly be using them again for anything I need in the future.
